Shorts suits are big on the runways for spring and summer, and make a nice alternative to stuffy pants suits. This new take on the classic suit, is fresh and airy- and is versatile because you can get away with a variety of different fabrics. Anything form cotton to silk to herringbone works here as long as the top matches the bottom. The shorts suit is easy to throw together using separates- just find a blazer to match those black, white, khaki, or brightly colored shorts you already own. A more "summery" take on this style is to add a light tank underneath in a contrasting (and bright!) color. Layer on a metallic or colorful necklace and you have a simple yet sophisticated look! Longer earrings work here as well, in any print. Have fun with this stylish take on the classic suit, and experiment with color!
Pop of health/fitness: If you get hungry between meals, you can chose foods that will satisfy your appetite, taste good, and are healthy too. Some of the best are walnuts, almonds, dark chocolate with at least 70% pure cocoa, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries).
You have a great blog and love your outfits on chictopia as well! I am now following. This white shorts suit is gorgeous and love the pop of color. Stop by my blog.
