A denim shirt is an easy layering piece if you want to toughen up a sweet and innocent dress while adding warmth. Denim shirts were a big trend this past spring, so chances are you have one and if you don't- they are pretty easy to find at an affordable price.
Snakeskin is a popular trend for fall shoes, so I would recommend finding a comfortable pump in neutral colors that don the snakeskin print. It's amazing how a print like this can add a pop of style to your wardrobe.
Pop of health/fitness: Still down two pounds, we continue to truck on. Despite a small 'hiccup' in eating habits this weekend, we've done our best to stay on track today by starting out morning off with high fiber oatmeal. For lunch we had tuna on wheat and a spinach salad with carrots and tomatoes.
I'm loving the dressing we add which consists of a tbsp of olive oil, a tbsp of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of garlic salt & onion powder, salt, and pepper. It's delicious and makes me feel so much better than when I eat ranch. P.s.- after a long bought with nausea last night I have decided to completely give up ranch dressing- wish me luck.
This look is so pretty! I recently visited the awesome blog fatshionable- and she posted about Carrie Brashaw's tu-tu dress in Paris. This look reminds me of the outfit she wore in the opening credits of SATC. I'm kind of scared to try a tu-tu, but I'm looking to push the style envelope this year-
