Bandage (or scuba) dresses and skirts are a great option for women of every size! I featured one in my video with GoErie yesterday when discussing spring trends: See it here!
As I mentioned in the video, the fabric and its elasticity helps to smooth curves and looks great on every body! This dress style is perfect for wearing in your go-to LBD! The cut of this particular dress makes it flattering on every shape and classy for work, weddings, and other semi-formal events.
I dressed it up with some colorblocked heels to add some fun and interest, some gold jewelry and a metallic bag to complement the jewelry. Outfit wouldn't be complete without bright lipstick! Playing off the pink in the shoes, I decided to add a fuschia lipstick to top it all off!
What accessories do you pair with your LBD?
Here's the spring trends video I shot with GoErie two days ago! Hope you enjoy it!
I really like those pants that you're wearing in the video!!!
ReplyDeleteYour shoe game just does something to me & I love that dress on you. Your hair is also cute, you should wear it like that often.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that top in the video, not sure I can pull those pants off though!
xx
I LOVE LBDs, total wardrobe go to...but I don't think I could pull off this style. I know it's supposed to smooth and flatter, but when I tried one on, I felt like it just made my thighs and butt look immense! I will have to try again :)
ReplyDeleteI accessorize differently depending on teh dress/my mood. Today I'm wearing an LBD with lavendar tights and bright purple shoes, just belted with a little floral bow belt. Other times I wear really fancy jewelry and killer heels and a cute purse...and I've often belted a cardigan over and put on a good pair of boots...and love using an LBD as the background for a really special scarf.
