1. The bustier & bandeau top.
They come in so many colors and prints this summer and are perfect with bright cutoffs or high-waisted skirts. Transition them to fall by adding a cardigan or wrap sweater with leggings! Try buying one at Aerie for beautiful colors.

2. High-waisted shorts.
High-waisted shorts is a beautiful throwback that is incredibly flattering and breezy for summer/fall. I just recently bought a pair myself and have been wearing them non stop! They are particularly flattering for a pear shape (showing off a waist and balancing hips) or boy shape (creating a waist). Pair them with a tank for summer and gauzy sweater like above, for fall! Forever 21 has some under $18.

3. Back cutout dress.
These new trendy dresses look best when the front is surprisingly modest. The whimsical look from the back shocks and awes. With cutouts still trending this season, this is the prettiest way to wear it! Try styles from Urban Outfitters.

4. Mirrored sunnies.
This is the new trend that seems to be popping up everywhere this summer. While styles like the "wayfarer" and "aviator" are still hot, they take on a modern twist with mirrored lenses. For some extra punch, try ones with a brightly colored frame! I'm in love with this Marc Jacobs version!

5. Printed shorts.
This may be the most fun and casual trend this summer! They are everywhere from Target to Tibi and the possibilities are literally endless. Don them with a flowy tunic (like above), chambray shirt, polo, lace top, comfy tee, or a blazer!

6. Neon and brightly-colored necklaces.
Making huge fashion headlines this season is the incredibly over the top neon statement necklace! With thousands of options on Etsy, you can't go wrong trying to find one that fits your taste. Wear them under a collared shirt, over top of a maxi dress, or with printed shorts and a solid tee!

7. Tribal/Aztec printed pieces.
From skirts to bags, this trend is strong. Get gorgeous in a tribal mini and chambray (like above) or mix prints with a bright tribal-printed bag and printed shorts! Just be sure to have a common color uniting both pieces. For great tribal-printed items at a low cost try shopping Forever 21.
Love the suggestions :-)
