Layering is tricky when the wind starts blowing in the summertime. This would be a perfect outfit for running around all day turned into going out at night because of its versatility. If you get too hot, you have two layers you can take off and the outfit still works. Building on a neutral color base makes it easy to add layers, but make sure you don't throw in more than two prints or the look will appear too busy. Because layering has a tendency to sometimes look bulky, adding a waist belt in a neutral color can add the the overall look while making sure you still have a shape.

Pop of health/fitness: Tone your body while you tidy up. Working muscles throughout the day boosts levels of human growth hormone. The result: more muscle, and less belly fat in one month.
