Celebrity Style Spotlight: Jennifer Lawrence

To die for in Prabal Gurung just one week ago at the Hunger Games premiere. Even Joan Rivers loved this look! The cutouts and smoky makeup are absolutely stunning.

Colorblocking in Flare Magazine last summer in their June 2011 issue.

With wild and volumized pin up hair and a black plunging jumpsuit- Jennifer looks right at home in the world of badass glam.

The dress that turned heads- Jennifer exploded onto the scene after her nomination for Winter's Bone at last year's Oscars. She stunned in this simplistic Calvin Klein gown designer just for her for the event.

Gorgeous in a backless Tom Ford gown and on-trend metallic heels! Gotta love that bold lip!

This month's Glamour features Jennifer in springlike metallics and fresh-faced makeup.

Carefree as she poses for ASOS in a cropped top and cutoffs. She's the epitome of the All-American girl.

Walking the streets of New York in a stunner from Prabal Gurung's Ready-to-Wear Pre-Fall 2012 Collection.

Easy-breezy in a casual white blazer as she promotes The Hunger Games in Fort Lauderdale last week. In love with her bangs!

Casual with dark hair as she arrive at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in NYC. Gorgeous cardigan!

Getting ready to tape the Late Show with David Letterman in Altuzarra. Gorgeous colors here!

Fantasy-gorgeous as she graces the pages of Glamour UK's April 2012 issue. Just look at that hair!

Jennifer going 'bohemian glam' in an embellished Jill Stuart top with beach themed jewelry.

Simple and preppy  in Marc Jacobs with a pop of color for a shoot with Teen Vogue for the May 2011 issue. Love the wedges!

Jennifer Lawrence playing with lines and texture at the 2011 Venice Film Festival. I love how she kept it simple with an updo and minimalistic earrings!

Killing it at the 16th Annual Critic's Choice Awards last year in a sparkler from L 'Wren Scott's Spring 2011 line. Love the ombre feel!

No question about it- you may live under a rock if you haven't heard of Jennifer Lawrence by now. The 21 year old has been taking Hollywood by storm since her role in Winter's Bone last year, and with her upcoming starring role in the long-awaited first installment of what's sure to be a blockbuster The Hunger Games, she shows no signs of stopping!

This young beauty is always looking glamorous on the red carpet ever since America fell in love with her simple red Calvin Klein gown at last year's Oscars. With a fresh face and that oh-so-covet able hair- I'm pretty sure most of us wouldn't mind stepping in her shoes for a day!

Her non-fussy silhouettes and pops of color in her outfits make her style enviably, while simplistically-chic. I'm loving her style both on and off the red carpet! Not to mention I can't wait to see the movie! Hmm...perhaps I should finish reading the book first...

What do you guys think? What was her best look in your opinion?

  1. She is one of my favourite style icons right now. I just think she has incredible classiness, sophistication, and detail-oriented taste. None of her looks border on prom or teenage angst or overly pretty...they are each classic, timeless, adult, and even whimsical in a sense. Glad to see a young lady who is naturally beautiful and wears what she loves.
