How to Make a Hoodie Look Stylish & Chic

    • Corduroys from PacSun (on sale now!)
    • Jessica Simpson boots
    • White top from A&F
    • Billabong poncho hoodie (on sale now!)
    • Scarf from Charming Charlie
    • Hat from Body Central (on sale now!)

Let's just start by saying I rarely wear hoodies. This is because I can't seem to find any that don't look like I stepped out of the mall when I was 16 (or was that 19?). Either way, most hoodies are extremely commercialized, and thus lose their appeal to be worn as anything other than comfy athletic wear. Don't get me wrong, I'm down to don a hoodie around the house or when I'm working out/tanning, but it's unusual for me to want to wear one when I'm going about my usual day.

That is- until I found this beaut. I love the look and feel of this new Billabong hoodie! Even though it has a hood, the perfect draping of this hoodie (which is secretly masquerading as a poncho) makes it totally wearable for a chic look while running weekend errands. Ironically, I bought these cornflower-colored corduroys on the exact same day. If you haven't looked into the amazing sale they have going at PacSun that I mentioned here, you should definitely check it out! Their corduroys (and jeggings) which used to be marked at $50, can now be purchased for $7! (with the purchase of two other items) Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

  1. Love the look! Never tried a poncho hoodie before, but I think I just might do it. It's super cute!
