This romper and military vest are both two of my purchases from my shopping trip last night and I am really excited about all of the good deals I got! This romper was only $6 brand new! Vests, especially lightweight versions, are probably my favorite layering pieces for summer. They add style and provide you with a layered look without the extra bulk. This particular vest, from Rue 21, was only $5. It's simple but adds some edge with the military detailing across the front. Khaki layers are always a good idea when layering looks with bright/neon colors or busy patterns. You generally want to have one statement piece of clothing in your outfit (outside of your accessories of course) and then keep the rest of the layering neutral to provide depth.
